General Information
The product is applicable to the test of DC resistance and turns ratio of power transformer. Combines TTR and resistance testing in one box - faster, more efficient testing. Two tests can be completed in one connection. Moreover, the instrument is specially optimized for 35kV and below distribution transformers. It is designed with one key full-automatic test function. One key tests three-phase transformer turns ratio, high and low voltage winding three-phase resistance and unbalance rate.

Main Functions:

• DC resistance test: for Yn type winding test, the instrument can test the resistance and three-phase unbalance rate of A0, B0 and C0 phases in the way of three-phase simultaneous measurement, saving the test time. For Y / △ type winding, the instrument can automatically test the three-phase DC resistance value and convert the three-phase unbalance rate, which is convenient and fast.

 

• Single phase test: one time wiring, optional test phase, no need to reverse test leads.

 

• Discharge protection: the instrument has perfect back EMF protection function, discharge sound alarm, clear discharge indication and less misoperation.

 

• Turns ratio test: three-phase transformer, single-phase transformer, PT, Z-type transformer turns ratio, group, polarity test function. CT ratio polarity test function, single-phase test has angle difference test function.

 

• Blind test function: that is to test the turns ratio and group when the high and low voltage connection modes are not known.

 

• Protection function: high and low voltage reverse connection protection, output short circuit protection and other protection functions

 

• One key test: the instrument is specially designed for the test optimization of 35kV and below distribution transformers. It is designed with one key full-automatic test, that is, connect the test line once, test the high and low voltage windings with one key, and calculate the unbalance rate. The whole process is intelligent and automatic, without the intervention of test personnel.

 

• Field applicability: wide temperature large screen LCD and English menu operation prompt are used to realize good man-machine dialogue; large capacity storage of the machine and mass storage of U disk ensure the storage and sorting of test data, and equipped with thermal printer, which is fast and silent. Durable and shockproof shell, with firm structure, simple operation and convenient carrying.
