General Information

In power systems, railway systems and large petrochemical factories and mines, enterprises have a large number of electrical equipment, and most of their internal insulation is oil-filled insulation. The dielectric strength of insulating oil is a routine test that must be measured. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company has independently developed and produced a series of insulating oil dielectric strength testers according to the national standard GB/T507-2002, the industry standard DL429.9-91 and the power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. This instrument takes a single-chip microcomputer as the core, realizes all the automation of the test, high measurement accuracy, improves the work efficiency, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff. At the same time, the instrument has a small appearance and is easy to carry.
EPOT-III conforms to international standard IEC-156.

Key Function and Feature

• The instrument uses a microprocessor to automatically complete operations such as boosting, maintaining, stirring, standing, calculating, and printing.
• Large-screen color LCD display, touchable, English menu and small size.
• The instrument is easy to operate, the operator only needs to make simple settings, and the instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of 1 cup of oil samples according to the settings.
