Transformer Routine Tests Test System IEC IEEE ANSI Standards

General Information:

EPBZ series Transformer Test Bench is applied for ex-work and maintenance detecting on various transformers. It's widely used in the fields of power supply and distribution, power transformer manufacturer, transformer maintenance center, industry and mining enterprises.

Features
  • Applied for different voltage degree transformers, reactors and HV switchgears.
  • Fully PLC controlling and measurement, integrated primary wire connection circuit displaying, measuring, control tracing, analysis processing, report storing, printing and protecting into the testing system.
  • All the test data calculation was operated by IPC, the test results and measuring data are displayed in screen directly which highly improved the precision and efficiency.
  • The test system could be customized to bench type, microcomputer type or any at user's option to be suitable for your test site.

Routine tests:
  1. Transformer insulation resistance testing
  2. Transformer winding resistance testing
  3. Transformer turns ratio testing
  4. Transformer load/no-load current & loss testing
  5. Transformer capacitance & tan delta testing
  6. Transformer short circuit impedance & load loss testing
  7. Transformer power frequency withstand voltage testing
  8. Transformer inductive withstand voltage testing 
  9. Impulse voltage testing (including full wave, chopping wave testing)
  10. Partial discharge free testing
  11. Transformer oil testing (including Acid number, Dielectric breakdown, Power factor, Moisture content, Interfacial tension, Flashpoint, Dissolved gas analysis )

  1. Zero-sequence impedance testing
  2. No load current harmonic testing

  1. 3 phase 4 wires power supply controlling.
  2. Regulator supply controlling.
  3. Regulator voltage controlling.
  4. CT/PT shifting controlling.
  5. Test voltage/current monitoring for each test item.
  6. Function switching for each test item.
  7. Inductive motor start, stop, voltage increase/decrease, auto timing.
  8. Panel pushbuttons, PC mouse two control modes.
  9. PLC software operating and save test results automatically.

  1. No load test over-current protection
  2. Power frequency over-current protection.
  3. Zero start interlock with auto return of regulator to zero position.
  4. Separate ground fault safety circuit.
  5. External interlock provision.
  6. Emergency stop mushroom button.

  8. Alarm sound & light during test.
