Test Interface
1) Interface Distribution: Upper end is 4 working stations current number, fault number, on-off signal lamp, start-up, setting residual trip current, manual option, switch-on, switch-off, test button.

The lower end is step selection, frequency setting, operation frequency, allowable failure number and working voltage setting.

1.1) Product Number Specification: Easy to Statistics, Visual and Easy toGenerate

1.4) On-off signal lamp: judge the current product on-off status. In the actual operation process, it is the basis for judging the closing and closing of products. 1.5) Start and pause: Start testing and pause. When the parameters are set up and the connection is correct, click the start button to test automatically.

1.6) Setting up the release current: According to the characteristics of the release current of the product, setting the corresponding release current, automatic current regulation, 0-1000 mA adjustable.

1.7) Manual options, closing, opening and test buttons: For debugging purposes, after clicking the manual options, manual closing, opening and test buttons can be operated.

1.8) Step selection: divided into five steps, each step can be different options

Options are divided into three types: mechanical life: opening andclosing operation, the number of times can be set.

Test button: Close the switch and click the test button to release it.

Remaining current tripping: simulate the actual circuit, Output Leakagevalue, make it tripping

1.9) Number Settings: The total number of actions of the product can beset freely according to the requirements of the product.

1.10) Operating Frequency: Set operating frequency, the operatingfrequency of the sample can be adjusted in the range of (60-600) times/hour.

1.11) Permissible failure times: within the required range, set a certain number of allowable failures, when the number of failures is greater than the allowable number of failures, the product of the station will be automatically suspended.

1.12) Working Voltage Setting: According to the product voltage characteristics, set the product action voltage, 50-450V set freely.


Report: After the test is completed, the test results can be automatically formed, the test situation can be recorded and judged automatically, and the test data can be recorded automatically.
(One working station, equipped with touch screen processing computer, pneumatic fixture, voltage can be set.)
